Technics in genomics and proteomics.
The first module focuses on high information content
DNA hybridization based methodologies, particularly
array based technologies.These include glass microarray
applications to gene expression profiling, comparative
genomic hybridization, chromatin immunoprecipitation
on chip and array based mutation detection or SNP profiling.
Intrroduction to the use of microarray databases. The
second module covers extraction information applications
in proteomics, including protein separation and mass
spectrometry-based protein identification.
